Under consideration — no vote taken as of the last records receivedYarmouth had not adopted a Nicotine-Free Generation regulation as of its most recent records, and no public hearing has been scheduled. Its Board of Health has taken the question up repeatedly since December 2025 without reaching a vote.

Yarmouth shows a route into a town that the other returns only imply: its earliest record is a town official asking an adopting town for its paperwork, and receiving the agenda, hearing notice, draft regulation and procedure.
